Bad buying experience at this Dealer.
Bad buying experience at this Dealer. They increase $600 from the contract agreement at the closing. The car did not have floor mats and no spare key which was not disclosed.

I dont recall a Jason Brown, however Shawn did pretty well. I was expecting to work with the salesperson that I had been in contact with for over a week. I understand work habit, routine and operating procedures take president, however some customers need a little more disclosure than others and Im am grateful that Metro Honda has a diverse team of knowledgeable individual.

I bought my first Honda Civic in 2004 and it was a nostalgic full circle experience to return again after 21 years to buy another Honda Civic as I approach my retirement years. Raychiel’s personality is considerate, patient and professional. She worked very hard to make sure I left there happy and comfortable with my monthly payment. And yes, of course we are now friends and I feel comfortable to refer anyone to her because I know she will treat them right! The world needs more Raychiels!!
