Tri-County Lexus

I purchased my Lexus 2012 250IS from Mike Grossberg, at Tri County Lexus in NJ. Mike was beyond helpful from the minute I walked into the sales room. My intentions were to look at used cars and I ended up with a brand new car that same day. He showed me a few cars and was helpful with helping me to decide on what was best for me. His customer service was incredible, social skills were on point, he did an amazing job with the negotiations and offered me a deal that I could not pass up. After my experience, there is no question that I would recommend him to all my friends and family. Mike Grossberg did an amazing job and I look forward to doing business with him again!

I was shopping for a pre-owned Lexus and contacted Tri-County. I didn't purchase a vehicle from them, but it had nothing to do with how they treated me. Justin wonderful to deal with. My wife and I were never pressured and it made my decision very difficult. The only reason I didn't buy from them was the distance. I would reccommend Tri-County to anyone looking for a car.

I received several calls from Mr.Grossberg as well as a letter informing me that my RX 350 lease was eligible for a special program Lexus had. I dropped by Tri County and met Mr. Grossberg and discussed the options I had, we were able to negotiate a fair number in my mind and I left with a new 2012 RX 350 that day. I also appreciate Mr. Grossberg's efforts in retrieving some personal items I left in my old vehicle. Excellent experience from a true professional, I am only sorry he wasn't at the dealership before. You have a customer for life sir!

The dealership and salesperson (Michael Falduti) were honest and open. If he was unable to answer a question, he went to his manager and immediately got us an answer. They negotiated fairly without any high pressure tactics and kept their promises to us. They got us the exact car we wanted, even though they had to go to a dealer in Connecticut to get it. The price was lower than we had hoped, and significantly below other Lexus dealers we visited. Thanks, Mr. Falduti and manager!!! We look forward to an excellent relation with the service department.

Because my lease was coming to an end, I decided to check out my options when it comes to a new car. My salesman explained everything, and gave me some good advice without being pushy. He also helped me program my new 2013 GS, and answered all my questions. I spent a very pleasant 6+ hours at the dealership! Everyone was very friendly and personable. This is my 3rd car from this dealership, and yet the best experience!

Went to Tri-County Lexus to explore an early lease buyout and lease of a new vehicle with Mike Grossberg. I had done research on the internet and had developed parameters that I needed to meet to consumate a re-lease of a new car. Mike was friendly, knowledgeable and easy to work with. He took my requirements to his Sales Mgr (Rudy T) and they returned to discuss my request. After some negotiating, Rudy accepted my offering. Both individuals were pleasant to deal with and I never felt pressuring. The overall experience was very good; we went home with a new car. This my third lease of a Lexus from Tri-County and may have been my best experience to date.

Excellent service from Mike and Paul, I received what I was promised and more. Mike told me it would take less than 2 hrs for delivery and he was right with time to spare, I am sending you my friends with their Lexus leases.

I recently stopped in on the advice of a friend. I was introduced to Mr. Dominic Dimartino. The entire experience at Tri County Lexus did not disappoint. Mr. Dimartino was very professional. I would certainly recommend Tri County Lexus to all of my friends and associates. My new 2012 Lexus RX-350 is everything and then some from what I expected. My wife and I purchased a vehicle at Tri-County Lexus and i am recommending this place to anyone interested in purchasing a Lexus. We are so happy we went to tri county lexus to make a purchase. The sales person Carlos Moncion was very nice and helpful. He explained everything to me in easy terms and made me feel comfortable. I enjoyed my experience there. We recommended the sales person and tri county lexus to my sister since she will be buying her new car in a couple of weeks.
