Tri-County Lexus

I am a happy customer because i purchased my car in Tri-County Lexus. I don't usually take the time to write reviews but i feel compelled to write one on this dealership. The employees were friendly and they actually looked happy to see me walk in. My salesman Jean-Baptiste Monjoie was very professional and helpful. He showed me my options on the car i wanted and by the time i got out i felt really knowledgeable. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in purchasing a Lexus.

Great experience at this lexus dealer. looking into different vehicles and i was comparing the Is250 AWD and the Es350. My salesman Giancarlo was a great help showing me the differences between both sedans, in much detail. starting with the options to the certified warranty that these dealer offers. thank you so much for the help making my decision easier to purchase a Lexus.

I went into tri county lexus to see what the preowned department had to offer. I was professionaly greeted by Justin when I walked in. He first offered me and my wife a beverage which I thought was extremly courteous and thoughful. We looked at several vehicles and found 2 that I liked. We sat down and he took his time showing me everything about both vehicles and he helped me pick the one that best suited me. I have bought many vehicles in my lifetime and I can honestly say that Justin is by far the best sales person I have ever dealt with. He is one of the reasons why I bought this beautiful certified RX350. He is very polite, courteous, professional, and knows the Lexus brand very well. Tri County Lexus and all dealers should have more salesman like Justin! Highly recommended and will refer all family memebers and friends to Justin at this dealer!

Best Lexus dealer experience that i had. Very attentive employees that made me feel very comfortable in my first visit, my salesman was Giancarlo M. I had the opportunity to test drive and get all the information that i requested about the Is250. i was explained every detail of the car exterior & interior. Also i was told in detail about the certification process and what is checked to make sure the vehicle is in perfect conditions for delivery. I will definitely recommend everyone i know to this dealership.

Unlike many others, I had a terrible experience with this dealership. I always had great experiences with Lexus, particularly Booby Rahal Lexus. During this process, my questions via email and phone were very slow with John. My transaction was handed off to Justin who promised to get back to me. He didn't. After negotiating a price for a used Lexus I took a day off to travel 4.5 hours to make a deal. Once there, on time by appoitment, I was not greeted at all and had to find a salesperson. I then met Dan my newest contact who advised me that he was now handling the deal. We were extremely disappionted with the car. It had several large scratches, a small dent and dirty interior. This was hard to see on the internet. After telling Dan 3 times my thoughts, he continued to put through the paperwork for the deal. I finally had to sternly advised that I was not going to buy the car. Dan simply couldn't understand my thoughts. I will continue to buy Lexus but only deal with the 2 Bobby Rahal delaerships who I trust and don't waste my time. I will be putting my thoughts in letter to Lexus and others.

The salesman, Jean Baptiste was very professional and was easy to work with. We negotiated prices for a while but in the end he was willing to work with his management in order for me to purchase from this dealer. He even went out of his way to pick up the car from out of state. If you are in the market to purchase a new Lexus I would recommend this dealer and definitely try and get Jean Baptiste as your salesman.

Gene and the rest of the guys at Tri-County are just wonderful! They always make me feel comfortable and really just show they care.. And waiting there for my car to be done with service is easy and I dont mind one bit! They have coffee and pastries for the customers. I would reccommend EVERYONE to go here!! I actually cant think of anything bad to say! Very pleased :)

Brian was one of the, if not best sales person I ever dealt with. Even though I knew what car I wanted going in, he took the time with me in the beginning to evaluate my needs and to see if the car I wanted was really the car I needed. The test drive was very enjoyable being able to drive the car on different types of roads and was highly educated about the cars functions and capabilities. He took the time to answer all of our questions and was a pleasure to work with. He will come highly recommended to all my family and friends who are looking to purchase. Tri-County Lexus is the best!
