If you, like me, do not look forward to a trip to the dealership, read on. My experience purchasing a 2024 Honda Accord EX-L from Route 23 Honda was the most efficient and least stressful car shopping experience I have ever had. The transaction started on-line with Ashlie Liriano. I asked for a price quote. And, I got one. The offer was itemized, so I could see each of the charges that gave rise to the total cost. Ms Liriano was a true professional. Unlike so many dealers who hound you with incessant emails and calls, she gave me the time needed to assess what I wanted to do. And, when I was ready, Ms. Liriano scheduled an appointment. I visited the dealership ready to buy. I met with Yaik Tung. I was very fortunate to meet Mr. Tung as he had the type of low key, matter-of-fact approach that I appreciate. He showed me the car. I was ready to make a deal. I presented my offer. It was accepted. We wrote it up. There was no pressure. No sales tactics. Simple, quick and direct. I would HIGHLY commend Mr. Tung to anyone interested in acquiring a new Honda. I then met with Mohamad Ghazoul in the F&I department. Again, I was treated fairly and with respect. Mr. Ghazoul took me through the documents. Offered the optional warranties. He was a model of efficiency. The entire process took less than 90 minutes. I felt I got a fair deal. And, more importantly, I felt I was treated fairly throughout the process. This is my second Honda through Route 23 Honda. Based on my first two experiences, I see absolutely no reason to go anywhere else.

I purchased a car with this dealership today and had an amazing experience. I cannot say enough about their wonderful salesman John Parra. I’ve visited many dealerships over the process of looking for a car and spoke to many salesmen, and he is the best representative I’ve spoken to by far. If it wasn’t for him, I probably wouldn’t have ended up buying. Highly recommend this dealership and John specifically!!
