Extremely professional and trustworthy. I called and settled on a price with the Sales team. I then went in and completed the transaction. Unlike other dealerships, they did not inflate the price or apply bait-and-switch tactics or tell me that the car was no longer available. I recommend them highly.

Recently purchased a 2024 Honda Accord Touring Hybrid. David Yoon was our sales person. He was awesome! We had a really good experience there. Everyone was very professional. A few days later, I had a little trouble with Apple Play, and Dave stayed on the phone with me to walk me through how to do a factory reset. He was very helpful, friendly and patient. Recently bought a 2024 Honda CRV at Route23 Honda. Can not say enough good things about the experience. I chose salesman Yaik Tung based on all the reviews that mentioned his patience, knowledge, etc. So glad I did – he was amazing. I had not bought a new car for 13 years and the new ones had so many features that I did not understand at all that I was very uncomfortable trying to make the right decisions. Yaik patiently answered all my questions and explained how various options would work. He guided me through the whole process and worked hard to get me the model and color I wanted. When I picked it up he made sure everything was set up the way I wanted it to be. The experience I dreaded turned out to be pleasurable thanks to Yaik and all the other staff at Route23 Honda that I dealt with.
