I purchased my 2020 VW Tiguan SE from Joe Heidt in June, 2021. (The salesman who sold me the car is no longer at the dealership). The 2020 Tiguan has been good to drive, and it carries my windsurfing equipment in Florida well, on numerous occasions. (We are snow-birds and go back and forth from New Jersey to Florida). On the bad side, the 4 drain drainage system in the panoramic sunroof failed miserably, and I had to have it replaced, which took 7 days to accomplish. All the carpeting in the back seat area had to be replaced. The car still smells funky whenever it rains hard. In my opinion, the design of the panoramic sun roof is sub-standard. I would not buy another VW Tiguan with a panoramic sunroof, from Joe Heidt VW, or anywhere else.

Dylan was fantastic to work with. He walked us through both the Atlas CrossSport and the Tiguan, as we were trying to purchase our second household vehicle. Never felt like I was being oversold to and was meticulously in sourcing the exact vehicle (color combo and features) that we wanted.
