Honestly I’m a no nonsense older grouchy person who in 45 years of buying cars look to limit my time during this process. Honestly 2 hours total dealership time and all done. Mike the Finance manager had direct access to lender, and at the last minute drop my interest very considerably. Started with the internet looking and Matthew Germain pointed out all the inventory I would like, and I focused on specific cars with all the info given by the internet dept. At the dealer Most of the time was my wife changing her mind on the model. They Treated me great and I will send all my kids (6) I insure 7 cars and buy all the time. Face to face is the only way. Really enjoyed the dealer and thank you Dylan Murphy Mike DeNardo and Joe Heidt. My wife has been outside fully occupied playing with all her new gadgets, thank you. Lol

This dealership had a great selection, friendly environment, and was nice and clean. I was helped right away by Alfredo. He was very knowledgeable on their selection and encouraged a test drive. They really try to make your experience a positive one and help you leave with your dream car.

An exceptional dealer experience! I was looking for a 2023 Id.4 AWD and it was tough to come by. Was recommended this dealership by a friend and called to see what they had in stock. Spoke with Alfredo who was courteous and professional on the phone. He then proceeded to give me all information he had on the car. He had the car himself and was a subject matter expert on it. I pre approved everything with Alfredo and got a very warm welcome from both him and the finance manager Michael . Alfredo did a great job of getting me a fair price, THE FIRST TIME with no trouble at all. He went through every feature of the car, and it has a lot. Possibly the easiest car buying experience you'll ever have. Could not have been a better experience.
