I'm impressed Omar and Prestige BMW. I purchased a used Land Cruiser and had it shipped to Virginia without inspecting it personally. I had an issue with the car, and Prestige BMW took care of the problem immediately without delay or hassles. I think it says a lot about a person and a company that they don't blow off the customers should any issues arise after the sale. I can honestly say that I was pleasantly surprised by their class and integrity. The communication was excellent throughout the entire process.

Tim helped me out when I was shopping a pre-owned BMW. He's friendly, polite, and accommodating. Although I didn't end up getting a car from Tim, I had a good experience working with him. I'd definitely consider him again when it comes time to shop for our next car.

It was the worst exeprience of my whole life. Long waiting time - totaling three full days!!!, I ended up with an extremly costly car, I ruined my credit - strictly because of Mr. Morgenstein, and nobody did anything to aleviate this. NO WAY to recommend this dealer!!!

Thank you Prestige BMW for making the car-buying process a pleasure! I have always dreaded the dance that goes on when one buys/leases a car. There was none of that with Lori Asserson at Prestige. I spoke with Lori, on the phone since I live in Connecticut, and told her what I wanted. She quoted me an amazing price right from the star and I said "yes." It was just that simple. A contract was emailed, signed and returned in minutes. When my car arrived, which was just a couple of weeks later, the team at Prestige made the delivery a breeze. Mark Ellwanger had all the paperwork prepared, so it was very efficient and quick. Andy Okun gave me a thorough instructional review. Although this is my fifth BMW, I learned more about the car and BMW's in that meeting than in the 15 years I've owned BMWs. If you want to buy/lease a BMW, Prestige is the place to go.
