nov 27 2013 , my experience w prestige BMW in ramsay N.J, & purchasing a car over the internet . I have been in the automobile businesses for over 30 years so first hand I know what customers expect..as well as being on the other side , i was searching for a particular Lincoln for my neighbor a recent widow ,...I found it on the internet at prestige BMW, I contacted the dealer by phone & left a message and did not get a call back at first..so upon my 2nd call ....this time I spoke with LANCE AIELLO ...explained that i saw a car on their website & that I am in the auto business in northeast , Ohio , ...9 hrs away..LANCE took the time w me & proceeded to get the deal done & sent extra pictures of said car, expedited paperwork , the 2012 MKS is in my neighbor's garage ..she is very pleased. & ...I would recommend Lance @ prestige BMW, & feel comfortable with doing business again. chas in ohio

Why? Because Kelly along with Tony were always there to help me and my X5 regardless what I needed. Kelly was exceptionally kind and always went out of her way to solve the problems I had with my car. I've had many new cars in my lifetime, and never was I treated as well. Congratulations BMW, you have two very fine employees.

The experience we had at Prestige BMW was wonderful. Each and every person we dealt with was professional, helpful and willing to do whatever needed to be done to help us through the process of becoming comfortable and familiar with our new car. Beyond the day we were there, the follow up by not just one, but by many of the people we dealt with was amazing. The feeling of "We are here to help you at any time" was conveyed again and again. We would recommend Prestige BMW to everyone interested in becoming a BMW owner.

Omar was extremely helpful and knowledgeable when i purchased my mini, moreover his professional attitude made my buying experience go pretty well. i would recommend Omar and prestige to all.

I was very disappointed when I purchased my certified pre-owned BMW for many reasons. One, a section of the driver side leather seat was covered up with a black dye to hide the wear on the leather. Second, there were two very large scratches also covered up on the bottom of the vehicle that I noticed when I washed the car at home. Third, it took me numerous phone calls to Prestige and to BMW of North America to finally get a second key. Purchased the vehicle in June, got my second key fab in October. No phone calls were ever returned when voicemails were left. Fourth, the rims on the car were reconditioned in the most unprofessional way. A "prestige" dealer would have removed the entire tire and rim and refurbish them, but the folks at prestige just touched up some areas and when you looked closely it was very noticeable.

Lance was so extremely patient with me. I was looking for that special BMW and he stuck it out with me for Months . I never once felt any pressure or frustration on his part . Lance came up big for me and found the absolute exact machine I wanted and the best part was that he knew it when he saw it. Good stuff I'm buying my next one with him for sure.The phone call went like this:: Franco I found your car 10 minutes later I put a hold on it.. By far the best car salesman I 've ever Dealt with.

My experience with Prestige BMW and with salesperson Lori Asserson was overwhelmingly positive. It was an absolute pleasure working with Lori and her team. It made the car buying process wonderful, quick and painless. She was able to give me the exact car I wanted, at the price point I was looking for, in the time frame I needed it for. The finance department was lovely to deal with and then an associate spent time showing me all the car features and programming in my phone book and radio stations. I have and will continue to recommend Prestige and Lori to all my friends and family. From this point on, I will only go back to Prestige and Lori for all my future car purchases. I highly recommend this dealership and Lori Asserson.
