JEEPERS!

I have to tell you about my experience!! My daughter and I had a great time from the moment we walked in to the minute I took ownership! Angel in sales was excellent, professional and very pleasant to work with! He made us both comfortable with every step, as a matter of fact from my first e-mail correspondence with Paramus Jeep I knew I was in good hands. The on line process of looking at your inventory from home was relaxing however Paramus exceeded my expectations with pricing/ description and communication! When I arrived to test drive the Jeep,I applauded the pin point accuracy of your web site's description and price! Angel introduced me to Alex in financing and he understood what was important to me, there was no confusion with the numbers! Words do not express my pride in ownership of this beauty, my 2010 Jeep wrangler! Black with tight rims! A flashy ride with a great price. After the comfortable test drive, a little paper work and patience with the banking process, it's now my new little black dress in a ride! Sounds corny but I had a great experience and the color/bumper combination is sleek and sharp! All in all Paramus "Jeep" is still strong and dependable with friendly helpful staff! Thank you for a smooth process. Angel even had the Jeep detailed while we worked on the paper work!!! And filled the gas tank!! much appreciated. As a buyer do your research on competitor's price's, look at the car fax report, call for availability before you go looking for that one special car seen online and I know by choosing Paramus it will be the best experience you ever have!!! I look forward to meeting the auto tech's when I have my Jeep serviced, and recommend Paramus sales department to everyone! Thank you so much, Angel! and all the staff!

Great Experience, Would Buy Again and Send Friends

My salesman Ryan and my finance guy, Timothy were great and made this buying experience really wonderful. I have owned many brands of high end cars in my life including BMW, Cadillac, and Acura. Honestly they went out of their way for me and I would buy here again. Ryan not only showed me all my options and didn't try to push me one way or the other based on what was good for him, but also gave me a ride home to bring my other vehicle in which I was trading in. He could easily have made me catch a cab home, as I live alone and had nobody to give me a ride. He was very selfless and gave up a possible sale to give me the ride home. Timothy was equally as good - very thorough with explaining the different packages/add-on's for my car and being a neutral party. I also liked that without me asking he was able to get me a lower interest rate than what I was quoted based on my excellent credit. Overall - great experience.

Excellent

I had a great experience here. My sales guy Ryan made this a quick and painless experience. I was trading in two vehicles and I didn't have a ride home and he was kind enough to drive me home so I could get the other car. Made my experience awesome. Thank you Ryan!

For the first time , i bought a brand new vehicle...... ...

For the first time , i bought a brand new vehicle...... the sales representative was friendly and eager but unfortunately, I came to the wrong place. I ordered a vehicle Saturday December the 28, 2013, two days before the holiday and four days before any weather condition …. January 6th,2014 and I still dont have the vehicle I purchased. To make it worst… I speak to a manager about the issue, as noone had called to follow up on the completion of my purchase, manager claims he will call me back in 30 minutes once he determines what is causing the delay. Of course..... no call back .... I call again two hours later and the manager claims he forgot to follow up due to a meeting with his boss…… Any boss will understand a 5 minute delay to a meeting due to following up with a dissatisfied customer with justified reasons.. I lost all credibility and I don’t think i will ever recommend this dealership to anyone. I will make sure others know never to give money upfront unless the vehicle is there and ready. The lack of customer support from your company , made it clear to me as why I shouldn’t have done business with you .

Went in to look at the a Jeep Grand Cherokee. Customer service was friendly and my purchase was relatively quick. Mike was awesome and I walked away with a great deal on my lease. Definitely would recommend if you are looking for a vehicle.

Walking into Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Paramus I wound up working with Jesse Lopez. He was extremely friendly, easy to talk to, not pushy and was always available via my countless emails during the process. When I did decide to buy I gave him less than an hour notice that I would be coming down to sign the papers. He said come on down and had things squared away when we walked in. While I was there he asked if they could check to see if they could find me a lower APR than my 2.33% i walked in with, and they beat it. With assistance from Tim in Finance, i was secured with 1.99%. These 2 gentlemen made the process of buying my first new truck in 10 years a pleasure. If you are looking for a Chrysler Jeep Dodge or Ram, don't go anywhere else. Head down and look for Jesse. There was no unexpected charges on the paperwork. Ask questions and you will get answers.
