I purchased a Jeep vehicle at this location a year ago. I was extremely hesitant from the beginning, should have went with my gut feeling, however my husband for some odd reason liked the dealership. He purchased his Ram there a few months prior to mine. Our sales representative Meagan Cortese was horrible. Zero star service. The finance representative Carlos Gonzalez was a professional bulls**tter, I am sure that’s a quality they must possess for their position. I am a BEYOND PISSED OFF customer that a year later is still dealing with the ZERO STAR service this dealership provides. When I was looking at my vehicle my credit card was taken to “HOLD THE OFFER” while my husband and I decided if we wanted to take it. I paid my down payment with a completely separate card. Your sales rep as a thief she is took my card and charged $500 on it thinking I wouldn’t notice. They must not be paid enough. Thief. They would not refund my money and was brushed off after numerous calls/emails and told to just put in a dispute with my bank. I had to wait months while my credit card disputed the charge. When I financed I was offered a prepaid maintenance plan and a long term care plan. As a previous Audi customer (excellent A++ customer service) I was used to having a maintenance plan on my lease so I decided to buy it. I asked what an average oil change for a Jeep costs, he said about $120 and together we did the numbers on what I would save with the prepaid plan and it made sense. I asked Carlos plenty of questions INCLUDING will I able to take it to any Jeep since Little Falls is near my home, he answered yes. I also asked if it covered all required maintenance oil changes, lube, filter, etc. (the basics), he answered yes. I received a ridiculous coupon book in the mail for my maintenance. It states I can only go to Paramus. I called and was told this was true. My car is now at 9,000 miles and in extreme need of an oil change. I have waited so long because I dread even stepping into your Paramus location because it makes my blood boil all over again. I finally decided to bring it in (was scheduled for your sister location in Englewood Cliffs). I walk in with this ridiculous coupon book you sent me for them to tell that the oil change is $121 and this prepaid plan only covers $32. Please help me to the math here because what it sounds like is they charged me $1,000+ to give me about a book full of coupons worth about $300. I am not asking for anything other than what I HAVE ALREADY PAID FOR OUT OF MY POCKET. THIEVES!

Tim Sweeny made this the easiest and most pleasurable buying experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. Did all negotiating over email/text, he was able to locate the color vehicle I wanted, and worked with me on getting the best price I was able to receive from 10+ dealerships (all of which were highly rated). All credit checks and paperwork were done prior to my arrival at the dealership. Tim didn’t try any tricks of the trade on me and was a really nice and straight-forward guy. I will certainly be making Tim and this dealership my number one stop in the future.

Richard was fantastic to buy a car from. He was knowledgeable, honest and expeditious in dealing with our transaction. I could not expect more and will recommend him to my friends. Was in NJ for visit when my car broke down and was...

Was in NJ for visit when my car broke down and was repaired for over 2k only to break down again, just a month later with the same issues. Took the car in first thing on a Monday morning, without even bothering to run a quick test, I was sent away. I then was on my way back home only to get stuck on a highway in Newark barely making it to the emergency lane, all while having my little child in the backseat. After two hours of waiting to get it towed I was back at this place and was met with attitude from the staff at repairs, claiming they’re doing their job right and it has to be something else that is wrong this time around ( a month after the first repair) I had to rent a car for the week to be able to make it back home safely and to get to work. Came weekend, I was on the way back to pick my car up. Another couple of hundreds put into a repair for the same issues that happened twice so far. Not even a week later, the car won’t start at all and I am met by the very same issues. Called in, asked to get a contact email (at least) to reach the owner as I’ve already spent nearly $3000 and his employees make excuses for their crappy service, the person I’ve spoke to said they only have the name and never even met the guy in person!!! Just wow! Being that I live out of state I had the car towed to the nearest dealer where it is still being repaired. When bringing it in, I was told that the repair staff of dodge Paramus had replaced parts that were not needed to be replaced, for no reason. This will be the last time I own a Dodge, let alone seek service at this location; my formal complaint is already on its way to the corporate office.
