my first time at the dealership to trade in my 15 jeep grand cherokee for a 2020 jeep grand cherokee was a very good experience will work with this dealership again. Especially Victor did not move ahead to the next step until I was completely sure I was satisfied and ready. No pressure environment lookinh forward to working with jeep of paramus in the future

Non-exsitent Customer Service After The Sale
Very attentive prior to the sale. Friendly and professional. I got a price I could live with. Had a couple of minor issues after the sale. 7 emails and 2 phone calls. “Crickets.....” Absolutely non-exsistent customer service after I took delivery. I will never return for another purchase or service. I would recommend the same to anyone reading this

Two points to be made after your response to my negative feedback: 1. Why is the service a manger responding? I don’t know you. I didn’t deal with you. I’m not complaining about service. I’m complaining about sales! 2. Why should I reach out to YOU after my 9 separate correspondence to your dealership have gone unanswered for SIX WEEKS! You want to “discuss” my issue and you expect me to reach out to YOU? I like this format best to continue our discussion. You just proved my point once again - non-exsistent customer service.

I told Rafael in my SEVENTH email to him that I would not be contacting him again if he did not respond back. I also told him I would have no choice but to leave negative feedback for him and your dealership so I have kept my word on both points. I also cc’d the sales GM Mr. Talmo and never heard a word from him. I’d be willing to bet that if you show Rafael this thread, he’ll know who’s posting. If he doesn’t, then his customer service skills are worse than I thought.
