Service Department is a rip off
Service department is terrible. Went to get a headlight bulb changed. They tried to charge me 215.00. Advisor stated that it hard to change. That the number had to be removed. Googled it and it is only 3 screws behind the filter. They are a rip off. Called other Jeep service department and total cost is only 50.00. This place is a rip off. Avoid at all cost. They take advantage of people.

I called the number and left message yesterday.
Tried to rip me off!
Horrible experience! My car would not start, so I had it towed to the dealership thinking they would help me out. They told me it would first require a 2 hour diagnostic that would cost me over $400. I assumed that was normal and didn't know otherwise so i said yes. They called me 4 hours later and told me that i needed 2 batteries for $989 (before tax) and then a throttle body and emission service for an additional $658. I told them that they serviced my car in December and already had that service done and they claimed i needed it again. What a scam and rip off. I checked with a mechanic and he confirmed that this was an unnecessary service. I went to get my car, they would only release it until after i paid the diagnostic fee and now i am out $478 and got ZERO for my experience! I am never going to this dealer again and i would recommend that everyone else STAY FAR AWAY! They will only take you money and not provide you with any worthwhile service! After this debacle, I reached out to AAA, they came and did a computer diagnosis in 2 minutes, did not charge me a dime for the diagnosis and then charged me $198 for a new battery and the car is now working just fine!

Horrible experience! If I could give zero stars that would still be too many stars! My car would not start, so I had it towed to the dealership. Horrible service department
Horrible service!! Not the first time this has happened. An appointment is made, waiting specified (typically 1-1/2hr for an oil change). When you get to the dealer you are told a 3 hour wait. Service advisors arrogant and don’t seem to care. I have purchased several vehicles from this dealership as the sales team is great, but will reconsider my next purchase due to the service department. Much better service in Teterboro and Totowa.

Service manager and dept schedule appt and wasted my time , after I get there they say they can’t look at the car and no loaner available because they don’t give loaners , service manager very clueless on how to handle issues with customer , very rude and un knowledgeable

I should have read the reviews, oh god I should have read the reviews, if you value your time and money and ever getting your car back before the 2nd coming of Christ... DON'T bring it here. These people are the worst, they lie, they manipulate, they swindle, they simply don't care about you, all they want is your money. They don't care about the inconveniences or what it cost you while you wait weeks for you to get your car back You've been warned, go elsewhere, stay as far away from this dealership and its service people as possible.

I spoke enough with John Sweeney they left me with out a car I have multiple videos showing them not helping me I am left car less after I came for a broken car more then 6 times they didn’t call the manufacturer to report this I may even lose my job by monday because of all the times I stayed stuck with a broken car I spend the whole weekend without working and now even Monday
I purchased a Grand Cherokee used with 13K miles at this
I purchased a Grand Cherokee used with 13K miles at this dealership. Perfect condition. After 18 months I noticed there were spots on the edge of the hood where the paint was bubbling. A google search revealed this to be a common problem. I called the Chrysler/Jeep main customer service number and they created a warranty ticket. They said take it back to the dealership for "diagnosis and images". The xxxxxxx head service manager told me that I needed to keep the vehicle in their body shop for 4 to 5 WEEKS in order for them to go through their "process". WHAT A SCAM! They will do anything to turn off a customer and avoid warranty work. I WILL NEVER BUY ANOYTHER JEEP AGAIN!

Honestly a 1 is to good for this dealership . They are rude and don’t care about the customers . They lie But I guess that’s my fault I should have known better to buy a Chrysler product because they don’t stand behind their cars or trucks they always are breaking down. The BBB should shut the doors on this place. Their are a lot of places shutting down theses people should appreciate what they have because without the customers you guys don’t have a job. But with what I have seen in this company no one cares. Poor managements & employees and far from being qualified to fix anything Buyers BEWARE !!!!! Go else where nothing but a headache
