Unprofessional!
Unprofessional! I would never shop for a car here again, even though my last three cars were Chryslers. The leadership team is unprofessional. This was the worst customer service experience of my life!

They are liers and inconsiderate and when you call them out they become spiteful take longer on your vehicle ignore phone calls and disrespected my truck so mad grease stains everywhere. And never fully fix issues They put bandaids

ZERO STARS FOR THIS AWFUL DEALER.
ZERO STARS FOR THIS AWFUL DEALER. This is the worst Dealer and Service Center. The Service Team lies. I have three recalls on my car and FCA (Fiat Chrysler Auto) reached to me and even scheduled the repair for me with Paramus Dodge. A few hours later a service advisor called me and left a message that there are no known recalls on my car. I called FCA back and they again confirmed there are 3 recalls. FCA called Paramus Dodge back and they were told the same thing...no known recalls. FCA scheduled with me another Dodge a little further away, who also agrees three DANGEROUS recalls are needed. Both airbags spray metal and a fire extinguisher. This place is the worst. DO NOT TRUST THEM! FCA is reporting Paramus Dodge for bad business practices.

I had an amazing experience at the Paramus location starting with the receptionist Jailene whom kept me updated with my car details in which I was interested to my salesman Argenis Pujols. Thank you so much! You listened to what I was looking for- and actually helped me upgrade and chose the right one for me that fit my needs. First time car owner and I will be coming back!

Jeep of Paramus has a great service !!! our second time buying a Jeep in less than a year, our sales guy Joseph Silvestri was great, very helpful from the begging to end, very friendly and patient , order our car exactly the way we wanted it , we had to wait couple of months for the car but it was worth the wait, we are very happy .
