My salesperson what above & beyond to get the jeep & trim I desired. I didn't want to get stuck with grand Cherokee. I wanted the quadra-trac I had in my 2002 grand Cherokee. I didn't feel safe driving the regular grand Cherokee in snow/sleet. I never had that uneasy feeling in my old grand. Cherokee.

I purchased my Jeep Cherokee from them May of 2016, the sales Manager "Dean Redmond" promised to assist me if could not get a ride or car if I brought my in for service. Well last week was one of those incidents and Dean was able to pull a courtesy vehicle from one of his colleagues. It was on last minute notice and Steve the Service manager took me in on last minute notice and was able to identify a faulty battery issue.
