Worst dealership worst people

Leased a brand new Cherokee, good for awhile than ran like garbage. Jason Martino took advantage of me, and feed me a bunch of lies. Never fixed the truck, hit with additional charges, and so unprofessional. Would never go back nor recommend anyone!! Thanks for opening my eyes, the people are horrible and so was the Jeep

Worst Interaction of My Life

Although my dealer Rom was friendly and enthusiastic my overall experience was horrible. I left a $500 deposit on a vehicle bc I was truly interested in purchasing a car from them. I wound up finding a much better deal so I went in person to get my deposit back. The woman at the front desk was horrible to deal with and has the worst demeanor of anyone I've met in the service industry until I met MILTON. He stated I wouldn't get my money back till 5 days later with no reason as to why. Didn't have a business card for me and hasn't processes my refund in the system so there is no sign of it. Worst dealership and experienced of my car buying life.

Great service, reliable, relaxing waiting area

Knowing that my car will be taken care of when I bring it to Chrysler of Paramus. Service manager, Ralph Russo, has my complete trust . He has always taken care of my cars to my total satisfaction.

Very accommodating

My RAM 1500 was brought in on a flatbed at 5:30pm - no appointment - with a shredded rear tire. The service advisor was very helpful and took the truck in and had it completed the next day. The repair bill was really high (2 tires/1 tpss sensor) and he cut me a bit of a break - which was nice. As a result, I had extra work performed while it was there - oil change and rear alignment. Truck still needs front brakes and I couldn't afford to do that with everything else that had to be done. Will wait for a brake/rotor coupon to have that performed. The truck is ultra low miles being a 2009 and having about 30k on it.

Best dealership around

The gentlemen that helped us Leo Mora and Jose Bustamente were so unbelievably genuine and sincere. They helped us from the moment we walked in until the moment we drove off with the car. I wasn't sure if I was going to get the cloth seats I wanted for my car since the previous dealership in Little Falls said it wasn't possible but Leo made it happen and got the color car I wanted too! Jose was amazing and helped us get a good price. I will most definitely be back to Route 4 Chrysler Jeep Dodge in the near future.
