We had a wonderful experience at this dealership, ours sales woman Kemberly Tejeda was so kind and willing to work with us on pricing for our vehicle. She answered all of our questions and we did not feel rushed with her!

I had a very nice experience at the Honda Dealership in Paramus. I was looking for a new (used car) to replace my old car that was flooded during Hurricane Ida. The Honda salesman, Dennis Estrada was very pleasant and didn’t pressure me into a sale. He listened to what I was looking for and the price range I wanted to stay in. He showed me all my possible options and gave me the time to think it over. He also showed me and my sister some new options that just came in as we were looking around, which I then ended up purchasing one of those cars. I am very happy with my experience at Honda. I called ahead of time and made an appointment, drove an hr after work only to be told they wasn't ready for me. The 2011 Honda Po pilot touring I scheduled to see wasn't ready at all. The sale man Dennis was not pleasant at first he had an attitude BUT later I kinda grew to tolerate him. Anyways, I was promised two new tires and was told to call the service center to book my appointment and that NEVER HAPPENED. Every time I called they were either busy or didn't know what I was taken. Never got the tires or a call back from the manager this was back in August early September of this yr. I live in Plainfield that's a good drive away to be heading there so I never bother. Anywoo, 1st and last time never again!!!
