Jerrod, Ray, Laura, and Bill were amazing! Their professional and kind services were the best services I ever received! They helped me resolve all paper work issues and some complications I had in a timely manner and they were always polite and patient all throughout. I could not have taken care of all the required documentations and some challenging tasks without their help. I give them 5 star and the best possible rating for everything and I highly recommend them for all future clients!! I truly appreciate your amazing and sincere services, Jerrod, Ray, Laura, and Bill! Great experience with Freily

Had a great experience at DCH Paramus Honda Ask for Freily Francisco, he helped me tremendously and worked with me. He did the most for me and went beyond. Definitely will come back for him. Highly recommend Freily. 10/10 Experience

Save yourself the trouble/headache and purchase your car...

Save yourself the trouble/headache and purchase your car at another Honda dealership. I had to bring my car in twice since I had it in my possession for a month now to get simple thing fixed THAT should have been looked at before selling it to the customers. My temporary license is expiring tomorrow and they still FAILED to have my new plate. Working in a selling type industry, you would think communication should be top-notch and up to par but this place falls short of that experience. REALLY disappointed with my overall experience.

Horrible Experience
