DCH Paramus Honda

I met David Kim as my sales person for my new car. He gave me a clear understanding of couple of options that I was interested. I was pleased with his guidance and honest. It was very comfortable and reliable experience with David Kim for leasing another car. I simply returned my lease ending old car to David, he took care of the process very clearly by assuring that I don't need to worry about the old car I just returned. He respects customers with his heart. Paul the financial officer was also great. He reviewed documents that I was about sign thoroughly and carefully to make sure everything is right for me, and explained every documents kindly. Two thumbs up!

This is my second car purcharse from DCH Paramus honda and I couldn't be more satisfied. I bought my first car here and I am not kidding you, it took me almost two years to purchase. Each time I would come in with my parents Leslie Solomon was always, kind and helpful and had an incredible amount of patience with me....I was anxious about purchasing a car. Years later as a nurse, I needed a reliable car to get to work to care for my patients and I thought of Lesile. He was kind, welcoming, caring, patient and professional. After getting to know him over the years, I have come to trust him and consequently the company. The entire staff at DCH were very courteous. They open the door for you and gave excellent service to their customers. They make you feel comfortable and at home. The service department is supreme, all you need to do is pull up...really. I also had the best test drive of my life with Omari Addison. If you are in NJ and looking for a honda dealer, don't waste your time, come here they are the best. Plus, I may have been to all of them in northern jersey so I would know.

After finding ourselves in need of a car, we began the painstaking process of searching for the best car for our family. With Covid, and is having high risk members in our family, we were concerned that we would not be able to find what we needed in the time frame we needed it. That was not the case here at DCH Honda in Paramus. Our experience started with the internet/phone department. Kay Mercado answered all of our questions, and scheduled us with Hamad Deeb. Both were beyond helpful with our questions, super polite, and transparent. There was no bait and switch. Hamad heard our concerns and meet us where we were at. He worked tirelessly to make sure that we would be able to bring home our new car. He also took his time to explain to us the car and all of its features. Suniel from the finance department was also helpful, explaining everything to us and confirming all before asking for any signatures. I have never felt so comfortable in a car dealership before. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is in search of a car. I would also recommend Hamad as a reliable, hard working and honest car salesperson.

Great experience from beginning to end! Everyone I worked with knew exactly what I wanted and made my experience as painless as possible. The Honda Civic Hatchback Sport was a surprise for my son (a recent college grad) and the staff made his experience unforgettable- down to the beautiful red bow and the memorable pics and video.
