Paul Park has great customer service. He is respectful...

Paul Park has great customer service. He is respectful and is a great man I highly trust. He met with my budget and recommended the best lease car. Paul is good at what he does and Honda is doing well because of him. Alex Barnabe is respectful and nice. He made the experience comfortable for my daughter and me and offered great customer service for us.

I was in a difficult situation with a BMW I wasn't happy...

I was in a difficult situation with a BMW I wasn't happy with I always wanted the Type R civic and Diego and his team at DCH Honda made it happen for me. I wanted a new one but they kept insisting on a certified used Type R. This was the mistake of a life time. They probably just wanted the higher commission for the used one. The 2018 Blue Civic Type R was the absolute worst. I had the car with less than 20k miles and after having it for 5 months the car has been in the shop over 6 weeks. Then I called and emailed the manager Laura she asked me to bring the car to them and that they would put me in a loaner. So I made the 3 hour trip to bring the car to them and after having the car for 10 hours they did nothing to the car nor did they supply me with a car to get back home and they never called me for any update i had to wait and call them 3 times to get an update so I could get home.. I'm extremely disappointed in Honda and do yourself a favor and don't get a car here I would not trust them. To make matters worst the front desk is a joke I came here to go over paperwork and there is 5 people at the front desk and all but 1 was on their phone and no one greeted me until I had to speak up. If this is the type of service they are providing they should just shut down. These experiences were over the course of 3 different visits.

Im tired of your auto response i called and it was not good i got no where. I came in yesturday andnthe servicenwas horriboe theybtold me 10 min wait and i was sitting there for 45 minutes and alot pf the staff was very unprofessional. I would like to speak with someone higher than the managers

Type R nightmare I dont have the car anymore
