My visit was great. Everyone was so helpful even the customer I spoke to that were purchasing just like myself. For this to be a dealership, it wasn’t overheating or pushy sales people at all. More of a fast pace but cool atmosphere.

My experience with this dealership was positive. I was able to purchase and receive my new car easily without any issues. The entire process was smooth sailing for me.

Could not have asked for a better experience. I’ve been leasing my whole life and just made the move to Honda. I usually dreaded having to switch out my lease every 3 years but everyone here made it an efficient and easy process for me, and I wasn’t even a reoccurring customer. My experience with Alex Bernabe was great - he was honest, straight forward, and we were able to work out a good deal. Kelvin in the finance department and Ermis who gave me a breakdown of the cars functionality, were also great. Will definitely recommend them in the future.

Went to this dealership to check out a vehicle I saw on their lot. I was greeted by Freddy, a sales consultant. Freddy was very professional and very personable. He answered all questions I had about the vehicle, and his assistance was top notch. Freddy endured listening to me ramble on in excitement about the vehicle with a smile on his face. Not only was Freddy very helpful but he was just a very pleasant person to deal with. Ive been to many dealerships, and have never had such a great experience. Not once did Freddy try sneak anything by me, or make the sale about himself. Through out my entire experience, Freddy 100% made sure I was happy. I am truly blown away by my experience at this dealership. The building was very clean, the cars were taken care of, and all of the staff that I came into contact with was very nice. Freddy impressed me so much that I would with out a doubt travel back to Paramus to DCH and have him be my sales consultant again. 100% a great transparent dealership with great employees. P.S. Freddy deserves a raise, or a bonus, or something.
