Ok, so before I start, this is going to be a long review, but I have to thank my sales person, Dennis Estrada. He is very very patient. I went in looking for something completely different from what I actually came out with. He walked me through the whole process in a very thorough, and patient manner. After being there for many hours, and being a difficult customer, he not once gave up on me, found the right vehicle and was able to give me a good deal. Him and also the finance manager (which I honestly forgot his name) got me the bank with the best rate, and I walked out of there as a happy customer, with a good car, at a good price. I have been to other dealers (Honda as well) and not once, have I felt that they would prefer having you returning as a customer and selling quality rather than quantity. I would definitely recommend this dealership but most importantly, recommend Dennis, he knows what he is doing. It was my first time interacting with him, and I left out from there extremely pleased with his service. If you are reading this Dennis, thank you again.
