Ramon Fana was my Sales Associate, he was very informative and knowledgeable even though he was new employee. He responded to my texts/calls/emails very quickly, even days after he had sold the car to me. Ramon was very professional and NOT aggressive or rushing to making a deal.

I inquired with Alex about buying a cr-v in Nov 2017. He answered my questions and always replied by phone or email. There was no sales pressure. Time passed, then my husband & I finally decided on a Pilot in Feb 2018. Alex walked us through the purchase process, explaining the next steps and making sure we were comfortable. He was sensitive to our needs and even managed to get us food, which was a bonus since it was lunch time. All in all, we were at the dealership from 10am - 3pm on a Saturday. But Alex really made the experience positive overall. We could have left from the dealership hungry. Instead we left satisfied and super happy about our new purchase. We would definitely recommend Alex to anyone in the market for a car!
