Horrible, nasty.
Offered to arrange for NY registration. Hasn't come in and they told me its not our problem. Only 4 days left on temporary plates. Don't deal!

Hi Mr Jacobs, it seems that we received your registration before your temporary one expired. Did you pick it up yet? Out of state DMV transactions take us longer because we have to do it through mail and are at the mercy of the Dept of Motor Vehicles. I assure you that customer service is very important to us. Great Friendly Happy Service!
I have never purchased a car, let alone a new one. The staff were all wonderful! Alex Bernabe, Jerrod Hurley and Rob (I did not catch his last name but he showed me how to handle the features of the car). All were extremely knowledgeable in their specific roles. They were insightful and had a way to put you at ease. I highly recommend them for any new or used car purchases!

Good customer service
Came in looking to lease a CR-V , we were told that there was a 30min to speak with a salesperson and to look around , but not even a min later a very friendly salesperson approached me , Jenssy Diaz listen to why we were looking for a the car , payments , different models . We didn’t rushed or pushed . He went over a few options for me . He did his best at getting the CR-V I wanted for the price we were looking , even thought was a bit higher but at the I got the EX MODEL and comfortable with the payment . I have been to other dealership the same day and the customer service doesn’t compare to the one we were offered by DHC Honda and speaciallt jenssy . He is great and would highly recommend him as he is patient and listen to customers concers . Thank you jensyy ! I would def return to get my next lease . Alex Ramos was great too

Tengo un carro q saque en la ruta 22 mi sobrino m recomendó Paramus Honda con el señor Adolfo Marte el cual fue la mejor persona q pude a ver tenido para asesorarme lo mejor de esto es q m dio muy buenos precios no afectará mi bolsillo el es muy claro m ayudo en todo es muy amable, educado, nos dio un recorrido maneja una Lonchera especial para los clientes m sentí cómo en casa se los recomiendo ser atendidos por el señor Adolfo Marte

Adolfo Marte saves the day!!!!
On my journey of getting a new lease which wasn’t such a great one to begin with. . . until I got to DCH paramus honda where I spoke to Adolfo Marte. My mom was alongside throughout the whole experience, even the bad experience we had before coming here because of the false advertising and false deals overall. There was a lot of beating around the bush with the sales reps in locations like Union, Nj rt 22 & tenefly, Nj & it was very unsatisfying and unprofessional to treat the customers in such an uncomfortable manner. Since my mom is very anal and eager to hear the truth when it comes to things like this. All she was asking for was a good deal with nothing but honesty & although she speaks both languages she preferred spanish and got all that at DCH paramus honda with Adolfo Marte. I’m happy to say we are very happy customers and will recommend people to him.

low ball offers to bait you to come in
they dont honor what they say. their online person Lisa Williams sent an email that they have a guaranteed price match. she saw the price i was quoted through from another dealer that was a little farther in location. she said to come to the dealership to finalize things. when we came in, harold martin was the sales person who sat with us. He keeps selling us different options and keeps bad mouthing the other dealers. all the while, he cannot even match the price that was offered. he keeps going to his manager and make you wait on purpose and will not answer directly to basic simple questions of price. it was a clear example of low balling offers made just to get you inside their dealership. we wasted almost 1 hour waiting and talking to the guy. when we just walked out, the manager who was just on the next office, spoke with us directly and confirmed that they cannot match the price. they could have just said it in the email or said it right away the moment we sat down. these sales people will not get a business from me or from my network. we went to paul miller honda, showed them the quote they sent in the email. the deal was done in 2 minutes. integrity re-education needed ay dch honda paramus

that is what i told Harold to not waste his time and our time. we asked him if he can match the price or not. He did not answer the question, instead he keep making us wait and he will consult with the manager. He said the same thing as what you are saying. That other dealers have hidden fees. But is not true. we went straight to paul miller with their quote and whatever was in the email was honored. literally 2 minutes and the deal was finalized.
