DCH Paramus Honda

I came to DCH Paramus Honda all the way from Queens to buy my car here base on the reputation of this place , and I have to said I’m impressed ! Originally I came in asking for a Chinese speaking sales rep but he was off , so I was introduce to Mr. Adolfo Marte who was not only knowledgeable, honest and professional but also have the patience of a saint after dealing with me for three days ! (IM NOT AN EASY GUY TO DEAL WITH) we finally came to an agreement. Very happy with my car . When you come to DCH Paramus Adolfo is you guy !

I bought my first Honda from this dealership and salesguy Chong Lee. The experience was so good, that when it was time for my second buy I went back and bought from him again :-) He's thorough in both explaining features and pricing, isn't pushy at all, gave me suggestions on which features might be more interesting to me than others, talked about a variety of cars they had, both new and leftovers. I would absolutely refer my friends and go back again if I needed to buy another car - or lease! The second car was a lease, and it makes sense for our circumstances at this point. I've used the dealership for an oil change and had some questions about the tire pressure and they were excellent as well. If you need a ride home or to work, you can have it, or you can wait fairly comfortably there. All in all, an excellent experience.

I met with Adolfo about a month ago. We kept in touch and he helped me getting out of my previous lease early and I was able to get a brand new car. He’s a very serious and extremely professional guy, I would definitely recommend Adolfo if you need help buying a new Honda.

This is the 3rd car that we purchased with Alex Barnabe. We keep coming back to him because he has a friendly, helpful attitude and works with us to make the car deal work. He is very knowledgeable on the cars and not pushy in negotiations. He makes the car buying process a lot more pleasant than it usually is with other dealerships or salespeople. I am sure when the time comes, we'll be back to Alex.

I had an issue with my car's heating/cooling fan. They were very accommodating, I dropped my car at night and the next morning Terrence called me with a diagnosis and a few recommendations. Most of the work was still covered by warranty so I did not have to pay for it, however, It was recommended to change my rear brakes, Terrence gave me a good price plus I was able to use a coupon and an additional discount on top of that. Service was very friendly, fast and I am very satisfied with the results. I would recommend this dealer/service to everyone i know. I have been coming back for years!

We came to DCH Honda on recommendation from our neighbor. We made an appointment with Adolfo Marte. We test drove an Accord and a CRV. He provided the details we needed to make the right selection for us. He made the purchase a great experience and we highly recommend him. We’d definitely buy again from DCH in Paramus NJ and will definitely ask for Adolfo.

I purchased a used vehicle from Alex Bernabe at DCH Paramus Honda in November 2018. Alex was pleasant, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. Even though the vehicle was not a Honda, he was able to walk me through the purchase process and the vehicle features, drawing on his considerable experience in the auto industry. When I purchased the vehicle, I had a minor issue the next day, which Alex (and Carlos, the service manager) were able to identify and remediate immediately. Overall, I feel confident that I made the right decision purchasing a vehicle from Alex and the folks at DCH.
