DCH Paramus Honda truly exceeded my expectations as soon as I stepped in through the door that Saturday after Black Friday! Every staff member was friendly and approached me immediately in order to find out what I was looking for. I bought a used car about three years ago and it had begun to cause me many mechanical issues. Many people advised me that the best thing to do was to lease a car. Although I have heard awful things about leasing cars, Carlos G. at DCH Paramus Honda made sure that I understood what leasing a car meant. Carlos was very patient and made sure to ask what my needs and wants were, as well as helped me find a car that I could afford and that I would be comfortable in. Today, almost a week later I am a proud lessee of a 2017 Honda Civic and I do not regret it!
