Best Car Purchase Experience Ever!

This is now my 4th Honda lease, the first 3 being at a different dealership. Since then I had moved but also had a pretty lousy experience and decided to search elsewhere. Came through DCH Paramus Honda and met Daniel back in December. Long story short, it was not the right time for me to switch out of my lease. Nonetheless, Daniel was great in keeping a soft communication about every 6-8 weeks to touch base and see if anything had changed. Nothing crazy, just a nice "Hello, how are you" type of thing. Fast forward to this past week where we touched based via email and he already had notes from our previous meeting and a little back and forth, come this past Saturday morning and I am driving off in new 2017 Civic. Daniel was awesome. Super personable, not at all pushy about selling any additional products or features, and very mindful of me as a customer and what I needed and wanted out of the car and my overall experience. What I appreciated the most was that he treated this entire process as a long-term thing and not something short-term. I don't know that I have ever walked out of a dealer and still have communications with them even months after an initial meeting. I would highly recommend Daniel and DCH Paramus Honda to anyone on the market for a new or used vehicle.

AWESOME EXPERIENCE

A few days ago I had to bring my car in for service and of course, I was nervous. I've been "beat" and lied to by other service/sales reps before, which is why I decided to try DCH Honda for the first time. In every aspect imaginable, the experience was nothing but great! Even the Director, John Puglisi took the time to introduce himself and go over what was going to get done. I'm not too car savvy but his explanation was clear and concise and he was very knowledgeable. I even used the "Speed Check" out system they have where they text you the invoice and pay that way. SO EASY! I avoided waiting on the check out line when I picked up my car and was out of there in seconds. Very very very convenient if you don't want to wait online. I wanted to thank John and his team for really helping me out, not ripping me off and making the entire experience as painless as possible. Great job!

Daniel was great!

I was in a rush to find a new car after an accident and after 3 days of tirelessly searching for a car and not lucking up I visited DCH Paramus Honda where I was immediately greeted by Daniel. I was tired, hungry, and impatient and for a moment it didn't seem like I was going to luck out there either. Daniel kept his spirits up and worked diligently to find something that would work for me. He came back with good news, more good news, and then more good news. He made my car shopping experience a lot more pleasurable and most importantly got me into a car that I love. I definitely recommend this Honda location and this sales person. It was a pleasure.

Phenomenal Service!

This is my first time financing a car from a dealership. I came to this specific dealership not just because of the good deal on the car but because of the online reputation this place has earned. And easily this dealer surpassed what I was expecting. The location is super clean and the environment is very pleasant. The salesman who dealt with me (Aron Varela) was incredibly helpful!!! Very professional demeanor but still extremely kind and informative. Everything was spelt out for me, and all the math explained very clearly (also thx to Govaia Larcher Finance Manager). No hidden charges or surprise add-ons. Aron explained each form I was signing for and helped me get the best deal for my budget. I signed knowing exactly what I'll be paying for and left confident in my purchase not feeling ripped off at all. Highly recommend to anyone and everyone. Would gladly do business again in the future.

Smart customer service

I purchased my Honda HR-V last week. From the moment I entered the dealership in Paramus on a very busy Saturday, everyone was extremely nice and caring. We met with Alberto Cabrera and he was very kind. He listened to what I was looking for in a car and a dealership. He knew that I had done my car research so he started out by showing and introducing me to the service department. I am very concerned about service and I use the dealership for all my service, I like to feel comfortable with the whole system. He was great and answered everything perfectly. Of course, we then sat down for the numbers game and everything was realatively smooth. We reached a decision, gave a deposit and then waited for the car to arrive at the dealership. When it came in Alberto called to arrange pickup. He was wonderful to schedule on his day off because it was my day off and most convenient for me. He is respectful, courteous, and so kind. His smile can light up the room and it is a smile of a good man. Very important for first impressions. I would recommend him and this dealership to all who have an interest in Honda vehicles. Also I would like to say how thorough and professional LouSaadeh in finance is also. It was a very smooth payment and loan transaction and he really showed me a lot of knowledge and expertise at what he does. He talked with me and understood my decisions and never pressured me to do any thing that I really wasn't fine with. He made all the options clear but never made me feel neglect or foolish if I did not choose that avenue. Again, a very kind gentleman whom I was confident with dealing.
