I pulled up to Paramus Honda on a Saturday afternoon and

I pulled up to Paramus Honda on a Saturday afternoon and despite the dealership being super busy was attending to very shortly after. Hamad Deeb helped me get a new lease on the exact car I wanted including color (brownie points) and made the entire process very smooth. Hamad gave me accurate information quickly, was knowledgeable and made sure I was getting what I wanted and what worked for me. I got a much better car for a cheaper price which I’m very pleased with. Grateful to Hamad, Dimitri from the Paramus finance department and the team there for making this happen. And I’ll be back!

They sold me a used car with a defective tire and a dent,

They sold me a used car with a defective tire and a dent, which is dangerous, and since I didn't realize it the same day, they can't help me. That's deceiving customers.

We recently visited DCH Honda in Paramus intending to purchase a car. What started as a straightforward negotiation turned into one of the most unprofessional and upsetting dealership experiences I have ever had. After speaking with the manager, the salesman told us he was authorized to give us a certain price and confirmed certain terms which he said were authorized by the manager. He drafted up the paperwork and we were in the process of signing them (in fact, had already signed one of the pages) when the manager told us he needed to increase the price. Although we felt we were entitled to the deal as agreed upon, we tried to salvage the deal by changing to a less expensive trim and changed the color to one which did not require an "up charge." It was our understanding that the remainder of the terms were the same. The manager then said that the deal would not include one of the items he had previously agreed would be included in the deal (and which had been included by the salesman in both sets of sales documents). It was bad enough that the manager twice went back on the deal and changed the terms, but he was extremely unprofessional and YELLED at us both times. In fact, on the second occasion, he yelled that he was revoking the entire offer and told us to get out. When I took the paperwork that showed the terms they had promised, started yelling even louder to give back the paperwork, clearly in an effort to cover this tracks. The situation felt like a bait and switch as he agreed upon terms that he changed twice after agreement was reached. Needless to say, we did not buy from them. If you value integrity and professionalism and a smooth car-buying experience I highly recommend you go ELSEWHERE.
