I appreciate his level of dedication to customer satisfaction. He was attentive and respectful, despite the number of customers he had to assist during my visit. He explained all of my inquiries and was transparent about the process. He was very knowledgeable about operating the various functions of the vehicle, and provided support even after I left the lot. He has been accessible and communicative from start to finish. I loved his service so much, I recommended a friend make a purchase - and she picked up her car this week! JOB WELL DONE!

Customer Service is key. I actually left a Honda Dealership in Clifton because I just didn't like the sales agent but I did like the car. I decided to go to DCH Paramus and what a significant difference. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by two lovely women, I was acknowledged. Offered water, coffee, they were just Nice. And it sounds simple to say but it makes such a big difference in the experience. They got me a salesman immediately even though they were absolutely swamped this Saturday. I barely waited. Then I met Hamad Deeb. He was no B.S. and he absolutely knows the details of his vehicles. He was informative, direct, and again no B.S. I would absolutely recommend this dealership and Hamad D to anyone who is looking to by a car. Customer Experiences is not dead here. Come here and don't waster your time anywhere else.

I must start off by saying, that there are several Honda dealerships that I visited in proximity of my house, but we prefer to drive to DCH Paramus Honda to purchase my Honda CR-V, EXL 2024. Everyone one at this dealership is phenomenal. Dennis Estrada (salesman) exhibited hospitality, professionalism, patience, understanding and was able to get the best deal for me. Thank you, Dennis! The entire process of sale was flawless and amazing. The car looks very sleek and edgy. State of the art features are amazing. It offers plenty of space in cargo area, provides great leg room, very comfortable leather seats, Apple CarPlay, heated Seats, electric adjustable seats, remote start, and keyless entry, and so much more. Best Car I Have Owned!!! Dennis was very professional and helpful throughout the process. He made sure that all my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with the purchase. The service and the professionalism at DCH Paramus is second to none!!! The dealership is clean and classy like the cars they sell. They have a huge inventory on site. Attention Buyers, Beware of this dealership—extremely unreliable! Do not purchase if you expect any vehicle support. We bought a CPO 2019 Honda Ridgeline here two weeks ago. At the dealership, we signed agreements and disclosures, assured we'd receive copies of all including CPO warranty papers by mail. Now they refuse, claiming only the bill of sale is due, to later deny all warranty claims. Avoid this dealership at all costs. We're escalating and taking legal action. Our sales rep is Jacob, finance rep is Sunil. Sunil said we didnt sign any CPO paperwork, proving how far they'll go to withhold info. We've left a message for the general manager and are escalating to Lithia and Honda, prepping legal action.
