Everyone at the dealership was very friendly and the service was great. Hamad Deeb was a great associate to do business with. He was very caring and patient throughout every step. He was very flexible and accountable when it came to faxing over documents to the insurance company. He made me feel very comfortbale within the car by pointing out every feature inside.

He made buying new car transaction so easy like grocery shopping. Everything was true as he explained over the phone. All I had to do was go to dealer shop to pick up the car. I bought Honda Accord. Well optioned model for price of basic Sotana. Highly recommend John Park. I'm so glad I had business with him.

Great experience from the minute I walked through the door. Exceptional service, from sales through the financing. Within hours I walked out with the keys for my new Pilot. The only reason we leased a brand new 2012 Honda Accord EXL was because of Gareth Crosdale!! Our preferred method of initial communication is via email and Gareth attended to all our needs right away via email. Other Honda dealers did not answer the important questions the way Gareth did so we simply crossed them off the list and went to meet Gareth. 3 hours later we were driving away in our new car!! Gareth has a great personality and never pushy which goes a long way with us. He was very knowledgeable between what features each model car has which helped us quickly weed out the lower level models we were not interested in securing a higher grade sale for your dealership. He worked with us on our trade in which was much appreciated and insured we got the exact car color inside and out we were interested in and did everything with a friendly attitude. Your finance guy was great as well who clearly and concisely explained all the terms and swiftly walked us through the signing of all the paperwork with a nice friendly demeanor. It was painless.
