Great experience buying a car at DCH Honda in Paramus, NJ. Hamad Deeb was our sales rep, and he really helped us out, making sure we were taken care of. I recommend buying a Honda at DCH Paramus and ask for Hamad!

If i could, i would’ve given 0 star.

If i could, i would’ve given 0 star. Traded in my car, they didnt pay off the car on time and resulting extra payment from my acct. spoke to a mgr named Freddie, stating that his acct depmt was backed up and i am not the only person whos payment was not made on time. That says how much they care about their customers. They dont really care about whats going to affect on your credit. If i knew, i wouldnt give good scote on the honda survey. I mean, Honda, what is the point of getting good score when they are literally asking for perfect 5 on the survey? Do you think you can really collecting honest feedback from your customers with the dealer experience?? If you could get a similar deal from another dealt, do yourself a favor and get a car from somewhere else. There were another issue but i dont even want to spend time to write any more.

I posted this review after i spoke to you on the phone. If you really are sorry and care about your clients, then you better take the responsibility of making late payoff payments to all the people including me and make it right, not just putting general apology message on the post. What is more important? Putting replying messages here to show other people that you are reading the reviews? Or taking the ownership of your miskate and correct them? Well…. Apparently you are not interested in making it right because you are not paying ME back the extra monthly payment came out of my bank account. I am writing this to let as many people as possible to know that Paramus Honda is not taking their customers seriously. They only are interested in selling cars and making profits. They dont care about the negative affects on customers creddit. They dont care about customers financial damage.
