What a first class team at DCH Paramus Honda!

What a first class team at DCH Paramus Honda! Max Fleitas was the main reason why I'm now a proud owner of a 2024 Honda CR-V Hybrid. My situation was a two-step process because I had another vehicle to trade in, but Max was patient, persistent, and ultimately put all the pieces in place to make the deal happen. He made me feel at ease and supremely confident that I made the right choice. Max was a consummate professional, working hard to earn my trust. And through it all, he was straight forward, honest, and came through with exactly the car I wanted...even making sure all the accessories were installed and the vehicle ready to go before I signed the last piece of paperwork. I also have to shout out the finance manager, Carlos Gonzalez, who walked me through all the details for closing on the purchase, gave me fair and objective advice on my options and was super personable. Carlos just made everything super simple and easy and although buying a car should be simple and easy, the experience often falls far short of that. This was a pleasant surprise... All in all, the entire team just made everything easy for me and I couldn't be happier with how it all went. Cheers!

Don’t even think of going there…

Terrible place! Brought my CRV 2018 to Service Dept. for checking the A/C after receiving a letter from Honda stating that there may be a problem with the Compressor Shaft Seal Leak. After leaving the car there for the entire day, the Service Advisor told me that “ the AC System: A/C suction hose leaking. Replacement is needed”. He claimed the car has 2 leaks in 2 hoses. Total estimate was approx. $830. I am a retired woman & felt I was taking advantage off. Sure enough after taking my car my car to another Honda Dealer, I had no leaks in the 2 hoses - just a leak in the Compressor that they fixed under the Warranty & I paid zero dollars. Save yourself money& don’t even think of going there!!!

DCH Paramus Honda provides a first class experience in the hands of Hamad Deeb & Carlos Gonzalez. I felt very comfortable and relaxed during our visit. We never felt rushed or pressured. DCH had the car in stock with the options we wanted. Carlos was very organized and explaind all of our paperwork. My complements to the management team at DCH Paramus Honda.

I bought a Honda Accord Hybrid.

I bought a Honda Accord Hybrid. Hamad Deeb was by far the best I’ve ever dealt with. No need to negotiate, he started me at the best quote off the bat. Even while he was busy with other customers, he made sure to check up on us as much as possible. He took the time to explain every feature. The Honda Accord had the most tech I’ve ever seen in a car, more than s Mercedes and lexus i had from 2021, nonetheless, for the first time in my life, I understood every tech feature, button and settings on the car.
