This is my second time leasing a car with Mercedes Benz

This is my second time leasing a car with Mercedes Benz of Paramus. My salesperson Dan was amazing and very knowledgeable and made my purchase smooth and enjoyable. Thank you also to Michael Mutter and David Wong you were both very helpful and great to work with.

New wiper s were placed but after a week they were broken

New wiper s were placed but after a week they were broken and were making tweaking sounds when you used them! Also after service B I have encountered all the problems in the world ! A bit disappointed!

If you could avoid this dealership, you should. I have now purchased two cars (both CPO) and both had to be returned to service within 7 days of purchasing. My experience with my first sales associate was so terrible that management had to intervene. Megan, one of the sales managers, was extremely professional and helpful in trying to turn my experience around and is honestly the only reason I gave them another try. Richard, Craig, Nick and Onix are also phenomenal when it comes to how they treat customers. They all were delightful to work with. However, Dennis the sales manager is a completely rude and condescending individual who lacks empathy and basic customer service skills. How he even became a manager is beyond me.

Andrew Franco is simply the best, a great person, full of

Andrew Franco is simply the best, a great person, full of wisdom and experience. It was more than a car purchase for me because not only did he facilitate the whole procedure but he also made my dream come true (I dreamed of having a BMW X3). This gentleman took the time to listen to me and in addition he devoted his whole day to make sure everything went well. He even drove me with his own car so I could do my shopping for the day before returning to the office to finalize the transaction. He was for me a very beautiful human adventure made possible by an angel disguised as a human. I would recommend him to all my loved ones who want to buy a car and of course I would be happy to see him again for other transactions. Mr Andrew may God gives you grace beyond your expectations. Thank you very much

I am happy with the service I had received in the past

I am happy with the service I had received in the past David Wong is awesome. He assisted me as a sales man to purchase a car . He wasn’t pushy but respected me and listened . Ashley is awesome she took care of me when I came to have repairs done on my panoramic roof . She set me up with a loaner . Both David and Ashley are true assets to Paramus Mercedes . I am very satisfied. Thank you both .
