It took almost 2 days after I made an appointment was when they first looked at my sprinter and another 2 days to fix the problem. Basically, it was 4 days without my delivery vehicle causing me me a whole week of list delivery business.

I had an appointment for a sunroof recall.
I had an appointment for a sunroof recall. I brought the car in 8:00am on a Monday morning. The car wasn’t looked at until Tuesday at that point the part needed to be ordered and the job wasn’t completed until Thursday afternoon.

Addressed my concerns, except they could not solve some intermittent problems and did not install a navigation card correctly causing a malfunction of the camera system.

Experience at the dealership was seamless from start to finish. Paperwork to purchase my CPO C-class was painless and the vehicle was delivered to me as promised. They even refinished all four rims for me after I got the vehicle home and realized they were damaged. Two of the four rims had only moderate damage but they repaired all four which I really appreciated.

Initially I was denied a loaner because of the age of my
Initially I was denied a loaner because of the age of my Mercedes even though we had purchased it from them. Then the wrong Sun roof was ordered by them and I would be out of a car for several days. They told they had no loaners. But a family friend who knew about cars spoke to someone and I was then provided with a loaner. Otherwise I would have happily provided 5 stars. That was stressful and they should have provided a loaner at the start because it would have been good business to be treated better. They should have started in a positive way because one never knows when the customer is going to purchase another Mercedes and there are other dealerships. Otherwise, all the staff were polite.
