Service Advisor - Mark Resende
Bought the 2016 MB GLC300 4Matic in for services twice. In both occasions Mark Resende had done an excellent job. He was very patient in explaining to me what needed to be done and what was done. I bought the first of 4 cars from Prestige since 1974, and his professionalism impressed me the most. Cannot say the same thing for the new car sales center. I am interested in either the new 2018 GLC or E-Class as replacement. I find it very disturbing that there are no 2018 brochures available, and the receptionist was not even helpful.

oil change service
After a regular service check up last time, i found the hood was not completely closed. So had to go back to the service dept to close the hood. The same thing happened again and had to go back again to have them close the hood again.

Tire Problem
I came in with a tire problem related to hitting a pothole in the road and causing a "bubble" to rise on the side of the tire. I was greeted with the normal extreme courtesy and directed to the courtesy lounge after checking in. Given the fact that I was coming in without an appointment due to this emergency, I thought my wait was well within reason for the matter to be addressed. Fortunately, I have tire insurance which was used as the tire had multiple problems which were identified and I had not even noticed myself. A portion of my wait time was actually waiting for the insurance company to open and approve the replacement. I found my experience to be a typical pleasant visit to the Prestige service center.

Great Service
I would highly recommend the service at Mercedes Benz of Paramus. They are always very pleasant to work with and do a great job. The car always comes back washed, which is a great plus in the winter months.

Was Not Sure What I Wanted...
I was shopping on my very 1st day of my hunt for a new car. Did not know what I wanted. Robert was very patient to show me all my options on new and certified PreOwned options. After analysis on multiple cars I was able to narrow my search down to a few vehicles. Robert further narrowed down my options as we worked through the details on overall cost and options with the vehicle. I left the dealership after my very 1st visit with a purchased car.
