Andrew was the best, this is how buying a car should be, I would go back in a heartbeat. I traveled 2 hrs to pick up a used car, it was everything he promised and more. Great service.

Andrew Franco’s service and professionalism throughout our last 2 car purchases has been amazing. I first picked up the new S-580 class and we just picked up a new 2021 G wagon. I was encouraged to use the home service to change my...

I was encouraged to use the home service to change my tire, it was a little expensive but I did t mind it. Appointment set for 11:30, no one showed up, I called at 1, they said someone will show up at 1:30, I called at 2:30 they said they can’t show up, they have no consideration for anyone time, this was not a free service, I could have done it anywhere else, the run flat will drive for 50 more miles, they made me waist a whole day of work and not even fix my tire, called again, all I got is attitude , it is unfortunate the service is going downhill fast

My husband and I had been looking for a used C300 and saw this dealer had many available. We decided to travel about 1 1/2 hrs to check them out. From the start, we were greeted by the receptionist with a smile. She was so helpful. She introduced us to Nuha Ksheboon, our sales rep. We sat with her to get an idea of exactly we were looking for. We saw a few and test drove one. We did not feel rushed at all. No pressure to decide right away. Nuha was so knowledgeable and great to work with. We told her we would be back in touch. There was no scare tactic used like “well you best decide because it not be sold” which other dealerships tried on us. The next day we decided to purchase it. It was so easy. We did everything online. When we picked it up it looked brand new! The detailer did a great job. The finance manager, Joe, was also awesome, so organized. Everything was in order to sign and ready to go. John Carlo was the technician that went over ever aspect of the car with us. He was so knowledgeable and respectful. We can’t stress enough of how satisfied we are from beginning to end. This dealership is first class. We are throughly enjoying our car and highly recommend you use them for your next purchase!

It's unbelievable I got a car. I didn't realize that the market, now, is almost no car. Due to my E-300 was total loss, I was starting to hunt a car. I went to all different car dealers, It makes me crazy. Neither NO CARS or not my style. Until I met Turk Bertan in Mercedes Benz, he is very patient, and search the computer, talk to boss... finally I got a GLC-300, next day he help me set up everything, I drove the car back home!!! I love this car so much, not too big, not too small. I gave him 5 stars, because he deserve it. Thank you Turk!
