Exceptional Customer Service & Car Buying Experience

I had a great car buying experience at DCH Kay Honda recently. The communication with all staff members I came across i.e. sales associate, Nader Awad and the finance manager, Pat Connelly, was exceptionally professional and extremely friendly. The whole Car buying ordeal was quick, easy and perfectly personalized. I had little problem with my AC after the purchase but it was quickly resolved without any hassle and extra cost. Great prices and overall smooth process. Will buy my next car here without any doubt and recommend to my friends also.

it was a good experience overall but now I'm concerned

I didn't buy a 2011 Honda it was a 2015 hope this was a typo and not a scam by telling me that I was buying a certain year car and selling me without my knowledge another now i have to investigate this and hope it was just a typo

Good experience

Red Civic

Everything I asked to be checked on my car was done and i was happy how fast it was completed. Service people were excellent and friendly especially Amber who made me feel comfortable on arrival because she was so out going and had a happy face.

Great Certified Used Car Experience

My car buying experience With Ray was awesome. He helped me every step of the way which is what I needed. I told him what I was looking for and he guided me in the right direction. He didn't press me for anything, he was looking out for me. I came recommended by someone in the business that I know and Ray took care of me for what I needed. I told Ray a price point and he got me there with everything else that I wanted. He was honest and genuine. After this experience I would like to call Ray not only my salesman but my friend as well and I would Recommend him to take care of whatever you need absolutely anytime.
