I took my car in for service since my air conditioning was not working. I was initially told on the phone that they do not have loaners, but when I checked in they transported me to Enterprise and paid for a rental vehicle for me. Everyone was very nice an pleasant and answered all my questions when they called about my vehicle. My vehicle was still under warranty

Nader Awad is the salesman we go to. He has a very interesting sales tactic, you name a price, and he produces it. Three times now I have tried to test drive a car without buying it and each time he asks what price will send me home with it that day. I give him a ridiculous number I know he can't do, and he does it. Seamless experience. I called a few other dealers (because I'm rude enough to do it right in front of everyone and because Nader encouraged it knowing he had them all beat) and they told me I was straight up lying and that such numbers were impossible. There you have it, now you know where to go. Keep in mind though it's detrimental to your family budget because he will sell you a car and make you enjoy the experience the entire time too!
