Bad Experience
Don't know what happened to my post about my terrible experience at DCH Kay Honda in Eatontown. I literally had my car for 1 1/2 days, bought it on August 16, 2016. I felt the wheel alignment was off a little, I took it in. They wanted to charge me $95.00. Long story short, I had a nail in my tire. They wouldn't give me a new tire, said I didn't pay for Road Damage. I asked them to give me a discount on a tire that they charge $155.00 for, they said that they couldn't. I ALWAYS THOUGHT THAT HONDA STANDS BY THE CARS THEY SELL TO PEOPLE. My family has bought 8 cars from them in the past few years. Needless to say I went and bought a tire for $25.00 cheaper then they wanted for it. My saga continues, my battery died yesterday, had to charge it for 7 hours. Going there tomorrow to see what they can do for me about that. I will keep you informed. .FORGOT TO SAY THAT I PAID CASH FOR THE CAR AND GOT NO SATISFACTION.

I did come in to see you Adrian Re: My Battery You did replace the battery, for which I was greatful. I have to say that I am still annoyed about the tire situation, not even a discount on the tire or when I bought the car, not even a free oil change or something. Not your fault, I don't think you were in on that day. Also, Maria was very helpful. She was not in the day of the tire situation. But she did help me wioth the battery situation and she had great things to say about you. Thank you for your reply to this matter.
Steve Severio was fantastic!!!
Steve Severio was the first person to walk up to us upon entering the showroom. We told him what we were looking for and he helped guide us through the entire process of purchasing a Pre-Owned CRV. Steve was incredibly professional, polite and treated us with respect. He is a very hard worker - definitely went out of his way more than once to make sure our needs were met. I was skeptical of this dealership after reading mixed reviews online, but I am glad we gave it a shot and found ourselves working with Steve Severio. Steve S provided excellent customer service, he was patient ,kind, funny and took excellent care and time from the selection process to the actual deal. We had leased and bought other cars from Honda but truly this was my first time that I enjoyed the leasing experience.

Art is a Superb Car Sales Associate
Art is a very knowledgeable used car dealer with Kay Honda. He is an easygoing no pressure salesman who demonstrates genuine concern for his customers. Its refreshing to find someone that can easily put you at ease and help you to make a good decision for your used car purchase. He is very knowledgeable with the used car market. My son and I purchased a car from Art and are very pleased with the car and the exceptional sales professionalism exhibited by Art. I have been thinking of replacing my own car myself, either I will buy a new or used vehicle. Susan at internet sales quoted a price to me verbally on the telephone on two occassions.When i asked her to send me the quote by email she never did.I was tod to come in and they would provide excellent service.They wanted my business,but flipped flopped and wasted my time!

Financed my Honda Accord
My overall experience at this dealership was excellent. Nader's caring, understanding and knowledge made it very easy during this whole process. New Car Lease Transmission Problem
I was disappointed when my brand new Honda Civic had a transmission problem. I took it back to the dealer after 6 days so it could be repaired. This was shocking because I'd had various Honda models over the course of 30 years and never needed a significant repair. The service manager, Steve at DCH Honda in Eatontown, NJ was A-MAZING! Steve put me in a rental car at their expense and did everything possible to fix my car and accommodate my never-ending questions. At times, I was a bit demanding due to the inconvenience, but Steve's customer service skills were beyond perfection. He was patient and effective throughout the process. When my car was repaired with a new transmission, Steve went the extra mile by returning my car washed and ready to go. Although, I was upset that my new car had a big problem, Steve showed me nothing but the utmost professionalism and courtesy. Kudos to Sergio, my mechanic, who was excellent in assessing and resolving a difficult problem.
