Gene was more than knowledgeable and I couldn't believe how easy the entire process was. I came in with high demands and a very sticky situation but Gene knew exactly what to do! And Ray made the financial paperwork super easy and fluid. Going in as a young woman in her mid-20s is always a coin toss. But they all took me seriously and helped in so many ways. This is the fourth car I have purchased from DCH which three have been from Kay in Eatontown, NJ. This time and another time I drover over 50 miles to do business with DCH. When it comes to purchasing cars I need to get to bottom lines quickly such as costs, features, and what it will take to get something done. I have worked with many different types of sales professionals over the years. Steve was great and a pleasure to do business with. Very quickly in the process we both knew and understood where the other person was coming from and worked to identify what could and could not be done. I would highly recommend doing business with Steve and would provide him more than a five star rating if allowed.

We're Honda people. Not a hard sell. Worked with Christina (internet contact), then George K. took the time to look at every car we considered. He was very patient, willing to answer questions. I purchased a Pre Owned Honda CR-V this weekend from Arthur Smith and had an overall great experience, He was friendly, knowledgeable and straight forward, and treated me as an informed customer. The only negative part of my experience that kept this from being a 5 star rating was my interaction with the sales manager Anthony. I found him to be condescending and dismissive. It was a shame, because my experiences with both Arthur and the Finance manager were excellent. Thank you to the team at DCH Honda for making this a positive car buying experience,

I always bring my car in for service to this service department because of the professional, curteous way you are treated and you know they will service your car and/or take care of any repairs the right way.

Bought a CR-V from Maria this weekend and it was an excellent buying experience. There was no high pressure sales with the entire staff. Maria was able to answer all my questions on the vehicle. When I picked it up she gave me some quick training and told me to call back if I have any questions. I would recommend Maria and the dealership for Honda sales. Hope the service is equally good.
