So, I am interested in NX350H, but <gasp> want to test drive it first. This dealership website says they have 2 available ( not in transit, available). So I used chat to confirm it is available. Was told sure, yes, this very stock id. Sales person would call you to setup a test drive. Then I get a call from Freehold dealership saying no cars available, but why don't you come in, spend half a day talking numbers, give us a deposit, and then when car arrives, then you can sorta test drive it. I am now on 2nd lexus but beginning to forget the difference with Hyundai :)

Great salesman Charlie Sanchez
Hi My name is Anthony Mancino. My wife Pauline and I live in Staten Island NY We’ve owned 5 Lexus vehicles the first 4 we bought in Brooklyn the dealership is about 15 minutes from our home! This past week we spent a few days in Spring Lake NJ one of our favorite places, on a rainy day we decided to see what the 2023 Rx 350 looked like so we stopped at Lexus of Monmouth RT 35. My wife and I met with Charles Sanchez to whom I had spoken to a few times on the phone. We actually had no intention of buying a new vehicle yesterday. Charles was very knowledgeable of the line of Lexus vehicles, we found him to be very patient answering all our questions! He was such a nice guy he gave us what we thought was great offer for our 2020 Rx and convinced us to buy a new Rx 350 premium plus model! He actually went through the trouble to deliver it to us at our home and took our trade in back with him! He contacted us today to be sure we were happy with our new vehicle! He is also going to take care of registering new Rx with NYS DMV, something we didn’t want to do ourselves and wouldn’t have been necessary if we had purchased our car in Brooklyn! Real Maserati owner
Recently purchased a new Maserati from Ray Catena in Oakhurst and in a simple sentence, the experience was great. It was sooth, easy, informative, no sales pressure or any other gimmicks. Gene Bonnell, the sales associate was excellent. He answered all the quetions in a professional yet simple manner. When the time came to close the deeal, manager Michael Bellina was terrific to do business with. Very professional, yet very pleasant to do business with. I would strongly recomend this dealership. If you need some answers then Gene Bonnell is a Maserati person you want to get in touch with. When the time comes to close the deal, make sure at the very least you want to know Michael Bellina, at the very least shake his hand and you won't regrett. I should add that this was the first time for me to buy a Maserati but not the first time to deal with a luxory car brand. After having owned a BMW, an MB 500 and a Lexus, I will admit that I, overall, was very pleased with the overarll experience with Maserati, Ray Catena, Gene Bonnell and Michael Bellina. Great Maserati Buying Experience!
Ray Catena Maserati created a wonderful buying experience. Gene Bonnell was very informative about the Ghibli that I purchased. He was professional in his approach and did not pressure me to make a rushed decision. The manager Mike Bellina, also was great in making me feel good about my purchase.
