The service staff at circle infinity is world class!

The service staff at circle infinity is world class! Anna Marie, Pam, Yuri, and Joann have found a way to make each service visit an actual pleasure. They are friendly and knowledgeable, and their dedication to customer satisfaction simply cannot be beat. They focus on customers as if they owned the business. They are the reason that I’m now on my 4th infinity - and I’ll keep coming back for more.

I brought my car in to service, not even having an appointment because I had a concern for how it was running. Joann was immediately attentive and understanding of my concern and even though booked, she committed to have my car inspected for any mechanical issues. In only a couple of hours, my car had been addressed without issue and even though the expectation was that it may just have been a matter of my adapting to a new and different car, she took my concern seriously and put my mind at ease. She was professional, patient and friendly throughout. Thank you Joann!

I recently purchased a 2017 Infiniti Q70 Sport as a Certified Pre-Owned vehicle. I looked at multiple dealerships for this make and model, but Circle Infiniti was the only one that met my high expectations. While I was out of the country on vacation, I worried I’d miss my chance to secure the vehicle. In a bit of desperation, I filled out my contact information, hoping for a callback. That’s when I met Erica from Circle Infiniti. I explained my situation, emphasizing my desire to review the car in person, and asked how we could make it work. Erica quickly offered a solution, suggesting I could hold the car with my credit card. I took her up on this offer, securing the vehicle while I was still away. Throughout my time abroad, Erica and I stayed in touch via text until I could finally make it to the dealership. When I arrived, Erica wasn’t in, but she had arranged for Mark to assist us. Mark was fantastic—straightforward, attentive, and very customer-focused. He took care of both me and my wife, making sure we felt valued as a team. This was refreshing, as previous dealership experiences had made us feel as if only one of us mattered in the decision-making process. The car was in excellent condition, and the test drive went smoothly. Best of all, there was no haggling over price—the vehicle was fairly priced from the start. Financing was also easy; Circle Infiniti even offered better rates than my bank, and the CPO coverage was outstanding. I left with a very reasonable payment. With such excellent service, it’s clear why Circle Infiniti has a 5-star rating. They even cleaned and fueled up the car, and we left with some thoughtful keychain gifts. Overall, an outstanding experience—thank you, Circle Infiniti! Ernest.

Everyone at this dealership has always gone above and beyond to help us with our vehicles. Most recently, we had an issue later in the day after 6pm: Joann helped us quickly over the phone, determined we should bring the car in to be looked at, and we were able to get the car back the next afternoon. As a working mom with 2 little kids, I SO appreciate the quick attention. When I picked up our car, Joe noticed our key fob battery was low as he pulled up the car and quickly replaced it for me before I pulled away from the dealership. The great service is what keeps bringing us back to infiniti!

Circle Infiniti and the staff are the true definition of

Circle Infiniti and the staff are the true definition of Customer Service. I had recently moved to the area and was in need of a new service department to call home for my QX60. I visited a few months ago for the first time for a horn replacement and the service and the repairs were amazing no complaints. My latest visit on 10/11/24 was for a check engine light and troubles I was experiencing mid drive on the Garden State Parkway on my way home from work. I immediately called this dealer and spoke with Ms.Joann who was kind, patient and understanding and professional. Ms.Joann advised me to come right in off the parkway, provided a loaner and rectified my issue. I am grateful for the team here and the professionalism of anyone that I encounter down to the porters in the drive. Ms. Ann assisted me for check out when the vehicle was ready, and of course she is always a pleasure as well. Thank you circle Infiniti Service Team. I am always grateful and appreciative of Ms.Joann, Ms. Ann & Ms. Pam.

I have purchased 4 automobiles from this dealer. Mark, my salesperson is top-notch, hones and helpful. The general manager and sales staff are great. The service department has been great. They are very helpful and genuinely concerned. Some of the service managers (Pam, Joe and Todd) have gone out of their way to be helpful. I feel confident when purchasing or in for service that I will be treated honestly and with courtesy.

I came home from vacation on a Friday and went to start

I came home from vacation on a Friday and went to start my car on Saturday afternoon and it took a few tries to start. I wasn’t sure if it was the battery or the starter. I headed straight to Circle Infiniti at 2/2:30 in the afternoon on a Saturday. They tested my battery, found it to be weak and put in a new one. They were all so helpful! No complaints or attitude because I showed up without an appointment or calling. This is my second Infiniti from this dealer and the service department is a big part of my decision! George was the mechanic and I really appreciate that he stayed late to help me!!!
