The service was fine. But the car was returned to me with an oily/sticky substance across the front windshield, which I did not realize until I had left the dealership

Ok. Easy transaction. I asked that they update records so they stop saying I need the 60k service. Was told not possible. But on the receipt/report they write in the comment field that owner declined service. Yes-because it was done! So there is a place for comments.

The replacement of my windshield was outstanding. All items involving electronics in the windshield work perfectly; just like a new vehicle. The service people were very professional and dedicated to performing the work correctly and on schedule.

Service appointment went well. Wasn't pushed into any ticky tacky repairs and the job was done in a timely fashion.

They always keep me informed of diagnosis, cost and expected time of completion for repairs.
