I am not satisfied with the service experience.

I am not satisfied with the service experience. This particular service did not require an oil change, the dealer called me beforehand and I confirmed that we will not be doing an oil change. Despite that, they told the person delivering the vehicle for service that oil change was needed and charged me $200 for a Toyota Service care that should have been a free service.

I have been a loyal customer of Toyota World of Newton

I have been a loyal customer of Toyota World of Newton Service Department since 2005. I place more importance on Service than anything else. After all, they are the ones who keep my cars running so well. Vinny is the BEST!!!!! I have more than 150,000 miles on the odo. I have been driving for over 50 years. And I have to say, in my experience, Vinny is why I drive with confidence, knowing my car is so well taken care of. Thank You, Vinny.

Brought my me Venza in for it’s first service Monday and

Brought my me Venza in for it’s first service Monday and my service representative Joseph Greeted me and got the car into shop right away. Everyone was very polite and the Dealership was Very neat and clean. We waited in the Showroom and enjoyed looking at the new vehicles and before you know it Joseph showed up with our keys and receipt. The Car was washed and parked right by the front door, ready for takeoff. Thanks everyone for the courteous and efficient help. Bob
