Scheduled service for exhaust issues they honed right in on the problem. Plus they recommended another overdue service. My Scion Xb has 109,000 miles and still runs great thanks to the pros at Toyota World of Newton. They’re all great service reception staff, service technicians, parts, sales, and management.

I was in there to get an oil change and some a scheduled maintenance. My car was finished very quickly. Happy with the service.

I was in for my final free scheduled maintenance. They were able to take my car exactly when they were scheduled to. My only issue was that my headlights were left on and if I didn't notice it while driving home (dashboard was unlit), my battery would have drained. Everything else was A+. Also, I was sent a status video of the service, but the audio was bad. Couldn't hear a word the serviceman was saying.

My first experience with Newton Toyota service department was great! I came in for my 5,000 mile service and was greeted with a smile and pleasant atmosphere to wait. The wait was shorter than expected and everyone I interacted with was really nice and so professional. I highly recommend this dealership!

Sales and service have been great. Bought three cars (new and certified pre owned) there in the last 6? Years and expect to buy the next one there. Fast turnaround in service and rare issue with pre owned corrected without angst. Very friendly staff and a pleasure to go there.

This was the only dealership I went to where the sales person acted professional towards me. Jazmin was able to answer all of my questions or get the answers i was looking for, there was no pressure to purchase day of and followups were polite and didn't come across as agressive or harassing. 10/5 stars, will put this dealership at the top of my list when we purchuse our next vehicle.
