Wonderful experience

Another Great Experience at Douglas Infiniti

I just traded in my 2012 Infiniti EX35 for a 2018 Infiniti QX60 lease. I've been a satisfied Douglas Infiniti customer since 2002. This experience was no different. I met with Carey who reviewed differences between buying and leasing. Got a great price for my trade-in. Then onto Chris who made the finance part a breeze. Finished with Carey showing me the newest features of the QX60. Of course, I will continue to service my car at Douglas Infiniti.

Purchased new car

Purchased a new Infiniti Q70 excellent service the staff couldn't be better. They accepted our trade in and we drove out the same day with an excellent car.

Great Service

We decided it was time to trade in my infiniti for another fabulous car from this dealership and salesman, Casey Jackson, was nothing less than phenomenal while helping us. He paid attention to my budget, to ALL of my desires for a new car, and never once asked me to compromise. When it came time for the financial portion, Chris Ng explained everything thoroughly and competently. I highly recommend both gentlemen, and this dealership, to anyone that wants or needs a nice car.

The best Infiniti dealer in NJ

The people woking at Douglas Infiniti are top quality. We had gone to Ray Catena, and were ignored, passed from one salesman to another. We walked into Douglas and Carey was attentive, friendly, knowledgeable and overall awesome. Everyone who walked by shook our hands, joked with us, thanked us for our business. We've bought a few new cars before and this was by far the easiest and friendliest experience. We test drove and took home all in a few hours. Awesome!! Carey is the best - ask for him!

I love my car!

It's my first infiniti purchased at Douglas. I bought a certified pre owned Qx70 from Carey Jackson. It's like a bran new model infiniti.l had a great experience. I would highly recommend them.
