Honest, reliable, and very capable.

Jimmy and his mechanics have taken care of our cars since we moved to the area in 2009. Roger is professional, and honest with me about the work that needs to be done (as well as the work that doesn't ... which sometimes is more meaningful to me). This past week, I went in to have the AC repaired, and Roger had the problem diagnosed, with the solution in hand much quicker than I expected. They got the part in and job completed more quickly than expected also. The next day, I called with an "emergency" brake problem which I expected (and reported to Roger) required new brake pads. Roger had the mechanic examine the entire brake system. They found I did NOT need brake pads (my brakes were fine), but had excessive ware associated with the parking brake, which they cleaned and corrected. I was concerned they would not be able to fit me in, but they not only fit me in, they completed the job within an hour or so of my getting there. This service department FAR EXCEEDS my expectations! I may not be able to buy another Cadillac, but as long as I own a GM vehicle, Roger and Jimmy will be taking care of it!!

Always great service!

I have owned my Cadillac SRX for two and a half years and for all this time every time I have taken it back for service it has been a positive experience, from booking the appointment, to drop off and pick up. Carl in the service area is a great, personable guy!!

Great Staff

The staff at the dealership recognize me and are always friendly and helpful. They certainly know their business and handle things efficiently, but it also feels very warm and welcoming to drop your car off for service.

Genuine People

I just purchased my sixth Escalade from them. Sincere and genuine people who are a pleasure to do business with. Thank you Larry and Paul for all of your help getting my daughter?s car. Felt Like A Hotel

This is a much different service department than a few months ago. When I arrived, they opened my door for me, offered me hot chocolate, and gave me a car to drive for the day. I felt like I was at a hotel checking in. Very nice feeling
