I bought a Gladiator from this dealership 1 week ago and

I bought a Gladiator from this dealership 1 week ago and gave the salesperson 8's and 9's. Yesterday I was waiting at the service dept for some parts nto be put on the truck when the sales manager, Dave Semp came charging at me. In his hnds was the printout of my review and he was livid. He kept shaking the paper in my face saying that he had told me to only give 10's. I tried to explain to him the reasoning behind the numbers, but he kept shutting me down. Kept talking at me and repeating over and over how he told me to only give tens. he eventually stormed off. This while in the waiting area in front of other customers. I will never take my Jeep there to be serviced.

Riverfront always provides great customer service!

Riverfront always provides great customer service! When multi-point inspection was done, it was determined that there was a leak in left front strut. Part is being ordered and we will be returning for service repair. Thank you Brian, great work!

The service at Riverfront is amazing. Brian Kutin is a true professional and a true representative of Chrysler and Riverfront. He goes out of his way with knowledge, kindness and aplomb. I have purchased two Jeeps from Riverfront and would recommend them highly.

River Front dealer is the place to shop for a vehicle.

River Front dealer is the place to shop for a vehicle. I've been going here for about 9 years and each time I've left 100% happy. What makes the dealership is their amazing staff, starting with my Sales person, Rob Goldman. He's always made sure to guide me and ensure I'm getting what I need. The management team, Dave and Frank, hats off for running such a great place! My Finance person, Jack, professional yet friendly. Each person played an important role which merged together for an overall great car buying experience. Each time I leave even happier than the last.
