Lexus GX 460 2023
I went to Lexus of Cherry Hill to have my 15,000 mileage maintenance done on my 2021 GX460. While I was there i stopped by to talk to a salesman named Michael. I wanted information on possibly getting a 2023 Lexus GX460 because my 2021 GX 460 does not have car play. Other than that I love my GX!! Michael went back and forth getting me the information I needed to make a good informed decision on wether I was in a good position to trade in my car. After careful consideration I decided I was going to wait on getting a newer model GX 460. Michael was very professional and answered all my questions. My experience was very enjoyable and Michael wasn’t pushy which gives him high ratings in my book!!! Thanks Michael for your time even though I didn’t buy a car. Caroline Camp

In and out Loaner ready Call when service completed Tony on end of lease sev years ago was nasty Was dinged with an expensive repair at end of lease which Tony initially agreed to waive, but then contradicted himself and was quite unpleasant to deal with.

Brought my wife's immaculate 2007 GX 470 (with only 33,350) miles in for service. This car is pampered and was time for its routine service. (oil change/filter) Our service advisor Jamie Robinson was superb (also a fellow Air Force veteran, thank you Jamie for your service). Greeted us and treated us with respect and professionalism as we went through the process that day. Kept us aware of the status throughout the stay as well. Another superb experience thanks to Jamie. Not sure who my technician was but please pass on my appreciation for taking care of our 16 year old truck. It came out washed and looking like it would be ready for the showroom floor again! Lexus of Cherry Hill- Keep up the great work!

Great service . Emergency call , nail it tire. Arrived about 820. Drove our about 10 with a new tire and my car was washed and interior vacuumed.
