As bad as it gets. Service reps and mgmt have poor grasp of customer care - rarely answer phone calls, frequently fail to return calls/msgs, treat inquiries as annoyances. Sad thing is that service techs are decent, but that’s lost with the painful need to deal with the front people. Held my wife’s X3 hostage 2 months ago until I coughed up $1K for a part they needed to order, Paid it but still haven’t seen the part and, when called, service depart says they can’t check with parts dept for status! Because of BMW of Mt Laurel I will never buy BMW again.

Easy purchasing process. Relaxed no pressure environment. Cole Folks my Client Advisor was easy to work with and did an excellent job. I bought two BMWs before from this dealer and always had a good experience. Service has been excellent too.
